JESSICA KRANE M.S, R.D
Registered Dietitian, Personal Chef and Equine Facilitated Coach.
Jessica has significant experience in nutrition, health counseling and cooking. She contributes to fitness/health magazines and websites. As a dietitian, Jessica cooks for and counsels adults and children, on a range of health issues including sports nutrition, obesity, weight loss, weight management, pre and postnatal nutrition, diabetes, cancer, autism, ADD, ADHD, IBD, mood disorders and depression.
Jessica’s culinary specialties include cooking: gluten free, allergy free (nut-free, dairy-free, soy-free, egg-free, wheat-free), macrobiotic, vegan, raw, for weight loss/weight management and healthy lifestyles.
Jessica is an expert in The Body Ecology and Elimination Diets. She has the ability to combine flavor and texture with foods that are medicinal and healing for the body and gut. Jessica loves working with individual clients and with the entire family. She prides herself on bringing back the family dinner.
Jessica received her Masters in Science and R.D. from Boston University and completed her dietetic internship at Columbia University in New York. She holds a Master Chef degree from The Cambridge School of Culinary Arts and attended Matthew Kenney’s Culinary School for Raw Cuisine, Level 1.
Jessica is also certified in Equine Facilitated Learning (EFL). EFL is a form of coaching, using horses as teachers to explore what may be blocking you from living the life you want.
Jessica coaches groups and individuals both in dietary needs, cooking and in EFL.
