Area Specific (Localized) Cryotherapy
The 5 minute pain relief treatment for targeted areas of the body with no downtime required. The whole body cryotherapy offers a "misting" of cold whereas the localized cryotherapy is similar to a "jet setting" pressurized cold. Localized cryotherapy is comparable to “icing”, although much more powerful, efficient, and comfortable based on experience. This treatment differs from Whole Body Cryotherapy, which stimulates cold receptors all over the body to trigger an internal systemic anti-inflammatory response, but is often used in addition to whole body cryotherapy to treat problem areas from the “inside out” and the “outside in”.

What to expect? You will begin by changing into the provided for you ski socks, ski gloves, insulated slippers, and metal-free shorts to cover your extremities. We will put your "power song" on the bluetooth speaker and guide you into the chamber. A trained cryotherapy technician will be outside of the chamber the entire time. By the time your song is over, your treatment is complete and you will feel energized and your body will immediately start warming up. There is no down time after a whole body cryotherapy treatment.
